It's notoriety to hold up in even the most adverse conditions is well documented, with a robust chromed casing and robust internal design made these nearly indestructible.

      This one has been refinished in Gold tone so in very nice shape, performs well with good output! (Check out the voice sample on the listing video.) The on-off switch functions smoothly, the pivot joint holds the tilt angle firmly in place, and the mic stand threads are undamaged.
