Bassists have been requesting a reissue of this bass for decades and Epiphone
has listened! Unlike the original 1973 model having a movable pickup, this NEW version has
an Epiphone bass humbucker that can deliver earthquaking lows and punchy midrange. Other
features include a 3-piece antiqued maple C-shaped bolt-on neck (like the original) with
original Grabber V headstock, nickel classic clover tuners, historic double cutaway alder body,
1 volume and 1 tone controls, nickel vintage bridge cover, Epiphone PRO Bass Ceramic
Humbucker, original gloss finishes, and premium gig bag included. Notable users include Gene
Simmons, Lou Barlow (Dinosaur Jr), Mike Dirnt (Green Day), and Krist Novoselic (Nirvana).
