A rare gem! Steinway & Sons Rosewood Grand Piano, 8ft 5in, 85 key, manufactured March 17, 1860, restored c.1985, Serial No. 3007, with Rococo Revival S-scroll legs & pedal support. Sounds great and plays well with good action. Includes bench. Very good condition: some minor cosmetic scratches, blemishes and small dings. Wheel-bonnet of front leg damaged (can be repaired by a carpenter/fabricator). Provenance: Original owner was composer/publisher/teacher/instrument dealer, Henry Kleber, Pittsburgh, PA (source: Steinway & Sons historian). Seller acquired from an auction house in 2005. Local pick-up only (or by piano mover) in Bay Area/Northern California.
