This is a 1931 National Duolian. The original finish has been sanded down to bare metal. Has a brushed steel look with a palm tree stencil on the back. The neck has been reset so the action is not real high. It can be played slide or fretted although it could definitely use new frets and there is a slight bow in the neck. It has a new cone and biscuit bridge. The back corners of the headstock have been sanded (see pic) for who knows why! It has a great booming Delta blues sound! Included is an old chipboard case in very poor condition.
