Seymour Duncan Zephyr (Pegasus) Humbucker - Bridge

This is a standard spacing Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Zephyr humbucker wound to the spec of a Pegasus bridge humbucker. It's in excellent condition overall. Everything unique about the Zephyr pickups, such as the glass fiberfill bobbins, bi-metallic slug pole pieces, cryogenic treatment, and the pure silver wire is present in this humbucker. I opted for black nickel plated adjustable pole pieces and zebra bobbins, and opted out of getting the Zephyr logo printed on this pickup; check out the picture of the invoice I've uploaded to read a full list of the specs. Sound wise this is like an upgraded Pegasus; everything about it's character is noticeably clearer, brighter, and tighter than the standard production model (a BEAST for drop tunings). I'd love to keep it, but I've switched my focus to jazz about a year ago, and I can't justify hanging onto it anymore, but it's a versatile pickup that can cover the range from classic rock all the way up to extreme metal.

The only caveat with this pickup is the numbskull tech that installed this pickup in my guitar decided it was a good idea to cut the leads short (Ryan Schuermann at La Guitar Repair in Sherman Oaks) without consulting with me first. Anyway, I've since had the leads professionally extended and the pickup functions exactly as expected, and is sure to make a great addition into someone's axe. I also checked the length of the lead by fishing it through an empty guitar body I have laying around, and it's long enough to install into and out of a guitar more times than anyone would ever need or want to.
