Vintage 1950s King 2B “Liberty” Trombone – Cleveland Era – Original Case & Accessories
Serial number 329542 dates this instrument to the early–mid 1950s during the H.N. White Cleveland production era.
This is an original, unmodified example with largely intact lacquer showing honest cosmetic wear consistent with age. There are light surface scratches and minor signs of use, but no evidence of any structural damage whatsoever. The slide action is smooth and responsive, and the inner slide tubes are clean with chrome intact.
The instrument has been gently cleaned and preserved, not over-polished, maintaining its originality and collector appeal.
Included:
• Original tweed hard case with leather trim and burgundy interior
• King M21 mouthpiece
• Vintage King “Sure Slick” slide oil bottle
A classic small-bore jazz trombone known for its lively response and projection. A strong player’s horn and a desirable Cleveland-era example.
