The JHS Double Dragon is an all-analog lo-fi octave device built around classic vintage octave-divider technology, delivering the unpredictable, gritty character that made early octave circuits so inspiring. This is a monophonic octave effect that thrives on imperfection—single-note riffs track with thick, synthy weight, while chords can sputter, glitch, and fight back in the best way possible.

The Double Dragon combines a powerful octave-down foundation with an aggressive octave-up distortion circuit that sits somewhere between an Octavia-style bite and Superfuzz-style grind. With independent controls for dry blend, octave-down, and octave-up, it can function as anything from a riff machine to a chaotic lo-fi synth texture generator, and even works as a boost/preamp when the octave signals are turned down.
