Up for sale is my pristine 2007 PRS Core Custom 22 10-Top in a gorgeous reddish-orange-to-brown flame burst. This USA-made beauty features a one-piece highly figured maple top (gold "10" on headstock confirms top-tier grade!), mahogany body and set neck, East Indian Rosewood fretboard with classic mother-of-pearl bird inlays, gold hardware, and a stoptail bridge for killer sustain and punch.
Serial: 711816 (PRS "7" prefix = 2007—peak era for these specs). It's in excellent condition overall—no cracks, major dings, or repairs visible. The flame figuring on that one-piece top is stunning (shifts beautifully in light—almost Private Stock-level wow factor), frets show minimal wear (plays smooth with low action), electronics are quiet and responsive, and it's all original with no mods.
