For your consideration is a 2007 USA Gibson GOTW Modern Metal Explorer with mirror pickguard.
This one is a bit of a rare bird. In 2007, Gibson offered the "guitar of the week" with 52 unique models in very limited numbers. This Modern Metal Explorer originally had a countersunk carbon fiber pickguard, which although is included, has cracked in a few places. The original owner ended up getting a custom made MIRROR pickguard that fits perfectly. Looks absolutely magnificent!
Headstock is in good shape. Frets and fretboard look to be in awesome shape. Back of the neck has been sanded as pictured. The edge of the body has some worn finish from being played, but nothing out of the ordinary or detrimental. weighs in at 8 Pounds 7 Ounces
Plays remarkably well, shreds, and is ready to rip!
Comes with a deluxe snakeskin fitted case.
