Fender Telecaster Paisley (Limited Edition 2025), Made in Japan - Black Paisley Burst
This is the 2025 Limited Edition Made in Japan Telecaster Paisley in the stunning Black Paisley finish, sometimes referred to as Black Paisley Burst. Inspired by Fender’s late-’60s “Summer of Love” era and the original Paisley and Blue Flower models, this reissue captures the spirit of that iconic period while delivering the precision and reliability MIJ instruments are known for.
This particular guitar is in mint condition - essentially brand new. It has seen little to no play, remains completely stock, and functions exactly as it should. No modifications, no wear, no issues. It looks and feels like a fresh instrument straight from the shop.
The gloss-finished alder body is wrapped in the signature paisley-patterned covering, framed by a subtle black burst edge that gives it a bold, dramatic look. Under light, the pattern has depth and movement, making it a true stage piece. It’s vintage-inspired but feels modern and refined at the same time.
The maple neck features a comfortable ’60s Oval “C” profile with a 7.25" radius and 21 vintage-style frets. It delivers that classic Fender feel - smooth for chord work, expressive for bends, and extremely comfortable for long sessions. The craftsmanship is exactly what you expect from Made in Japan: clean fretwork, tight neck pocket, stable tuning, and overall precision.
Tonally, this Telecaster is everything you want from a great one. The bridge pickup has that classic Tele snap and bite, articulate, cutting, and dynamic without being harsh. The neck pickup offers warmth and clarity, perfect for blues, soul, and smooth rhythm work. In the middle position, it gives you that balanced, slightly scooped shimmer that records beautifully. Clean tones sparkle with definition, and when pushed into overdrive, it delivers a raw, punchy character that sits perfectly in a mix.
It handles country, indie, blues, classic rock, and modern alternative with ease. Notes have immediate attack, chords bloom naturally, and there’s a lively acoustic resonance even unplugged.
This is a limited production run for 2025, making it both a collector-worthy piece and a fully stage-ready instrument. If you’re looking for a visually iconic Telecaster with vintage DNA, modern reliability, and exceptional MIJ build quality, this one truly delivers.
