Offered here is a NOS (New Old Stock) vintage Brilhart Ebolin Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece – Size 2, complete with original metal ligature and white cap.
This mouthpiece features the classic script “Ebolin” stamp on top, the larger angled “Brilhart” logo beneath, and a small “2” size marking near the shank. There is no serial number, which is typical for vintage Brilhart clarinet mouthpieces from this era.
Based on stamp style and construction, this example dates to the 1960s.
The Ebolin line is known for its warm, focused tone and free-blowing response, making it especially popular among jazz and commercial clarinetists. Clean, unused examples are becoming increasingly difficult to find — particularly complete with the original hardware.
