Neck is straight
Frets have a little honest wear on them but still plenty of life and notes ring out no problem.
Honest wear and tear throughout the guitar.
New set of Kluson Tuners (no extra Holes) Japan tuners come included. High E string has a hairline from tuner installation, take a look at photo for reference.
New Nut ~1 & 23/32"
Hairline Crack in the heel (pictured). I removed the strap screw, but could not force any opening in any of the "cracks". we think it is solid, and does not need repair.

The Guard is original and more desirable wider "binding" style. Its also signed by 3 members of Night Ranger (easy to remove if desired).
Comes with Hard Shell Case (beat up but functional & fits guitar well)
