I am not super familiar with autoharps, so take my assessment for what it is, but this is in beautiful condition and comes with some cool, original case candy.
I don't know when this was made... 1970 is my guess because the included order form for accessories is dated "Effective 6/1/70." As for the model number, it's not printed on the harp itself, but it comes with the original purchase paper which gives the model as "15C". It calls this a C series 15-chord Berkshire model. It comes with 3 additional diminished chords - these are explained in the letter - as well as a tuning tool and some picks. The case is also in very good condition.
