- Features the original Shure speckled paint finish featured on the first generation Shure SM7
- Same design as the SM56 with a different capsule
- Cosmetic condition is nearly mint
- Works beautifully
For sale is a rare microphone model from Shure that came out during the 1970s and this one is in what I would say is as close to it gets to mint condition! The paint is nearly flawless and it sounds great with a great signal strength. This is not really a surprise since it looks to have hardly been handled. Lastly the foam inside the grille has been replaced so there will not be any foam falling apart.
If you’re after a rare Shure mic that captures the unmistakable SM56 design with the added versatility of switchable impedance, the ES51 is worth a try for the different character it offers.
