1953 Gibson ES-140 3/4 w/ Chipboard Case

Acquired from original owner who purchased this guitar new in the 1950's

Has had a heel / crack repair that was done quite some time ago, see photos. Was a really well done repair and guitar performs excellent. The tailpiece appears to be replaced with and 50's or early 60's style, otherwise guitar is in original condition

Has been preserved in its case quite some time, recent setup with Chromes 11's. Bridge has a good amount of height on it (see photos) and string height at 12th fret is 4/64" low side and 5/64" high side

Pickup measures 7.52k with a very warm and woody tone, electronics function without issue. Very resonant and surprisingly loud unplugged.
