Martin 2-15 Mandolin 1950s - Sunburst

Heres a rare one. Serial# 20653. It needs some tlc but actually plays quite nicely. Theres a little bit of fret buzzing on the open bottom g string. Theres a little more fret buzzing near the 12th fret of the bottom g string. There doesnt seem to be much other fret buzzing anywhere else on the instrument. Action is set low and its quite easy to play. There is a large crack in the body that needs to be addressed, and some separating along the binding seams. All photographed. The mandolin appears all original the bridge looks like its been modified to be taller. This mandolin is sold as is as a fixer upper. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
