These basses make excellent mod platforms! And that’s exactly what I did here. They are quite fantastic straight out of box, but I had a need to get into modding bass guitars. The bridge…replaced with a Full Contact Hardware Babicz top mount FCH-4 bridge in chrome. Value $165
The tuning machines…replaced with USA Hipshot Ultralite 1/2“ chrome clover tuners(left the old mounting holes just in case). Value $175
The pickups…replaced with Nordstrand Audio Big J-Blades(warm & wooly). Value $177
This was a fun project and I think it came out rather well. Totally improved the playability and sound(more so the sound) of the instrument! I will be providing ALL the original parts with the sale.
