Each set is handcrafted from start to finish, honoring the artisanal methods of the 1950s and early 1960s. This includes the flatwork made from authentic vulcanized fiberboard, precise coil winding done entirely by hand using vintage scatter-winding techniques, and careful assembly — every step performed with the same dedication and skill as the original Fender craftsmen.

Our pickups use vintage-correct materials and reverse-engineered specifications to faithfully recreate the classic tone of late 1961 Stratocasters®, delivering dynamic clarity, warmth, and that unmistakable Pre-CBS character.

• Flatwork: Authentic vintage vulcanized paper fiberboard, cut and shaped by hand
• Magnet Wire: Heavy Formvar, custom GVT order (.073), matching true ’60/’65 specs, made in the USA
• Bobinado manual: Scatter-wound by hand following 1950s techniques for organic tonal variation
• Assembly: Complete artisanal build from coil winding to final assembly
• Wax Potting: Old Evans paraffin wax for optimal resonance and microphonic control
• Leads: Luxe US-made 7-core stranded cloth-covered radio wire, period correct
