These cover plates are made to replace unneeded Swivomatic mounts on Rogers drums from the 1960s and 1970s. (They should also fit new Rogers drums, but l do not own any of those to check the fit.) The plates are newly fabricated, with no stamps or marks of any kind for a super clean look.
Many vintage Rogers drums had extra mounts put on at the factory or by a shop, and are no longer needed. Put one of these smooth polished plates on using your original mounting screws (no screws included), and get a sleeker look than a bunch of collet noses pointing into space. Some players have suggested fastening a piece of drum wrap to make them almost disappear into the rest of the finish.
