For sale is an Electro-Voice DO56 L featuring a shock mounted capsule, and also known for being very similar to the RE55, besides the much smaller form factor! This would make an excellent microphone for speech just like the RE55, and 635A. This DO56 is quite a bit harder to find since it is the long barreled version designed for reporters and quite a bit more uncommon.
The DO56 has more low end compared to something like an EV 635A, which makes a better choice for voice in my experience. Last thing to note is the foam inside this microphone has been replaced, so you will not have to worry about a single thing! This microphone was well cared for and will work beautifully for the new owner.
