The Rapco DB-100 is a passive direct box that converts high-impedance instrument signals to low-impedance balanced outputs. It takes hi-Z 1/4" input from guitars, keyboards, or some line-level sources and sends a clean lo-Z signal via XLR to a mixer or PA. There's a parallel thru jack for looping the signal to an amp, and a ground lift to kill hum and buzz.
Built in a heavy-duty steel enclosure with Rapco's in-house DBT transformer for reliable performance. No batteries or power neededGÇöjust plug in and go. It's straightforward, with recessed connectors to handle stage abuse.
Frequency response is flat from 20Hz to 20kHz, low distortion under 0.05% THD, and input impedance over 1000 ohms makes it versatile for most instruments.
