This is a very fun and enjoyable vintage '65 Magnatone Tornado! It's a joy to play and has very low action. This X-15 has new medium-jumbo frets, done professionally at a guitar shop. All electronics work perfectly, including the horn switches and tone adjustments, with tons of variety. Poplar body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard. Two single coil pickups, multiple switching options allows for single neck and bridge sounds as well as out of phase and in series sounds. The tuners are great. The vibrato/trem works and returns to tune as it should. The neck is straight and it plays smoothly. Overall it’s been kept in very good condition for its age. It has scratches, indentions, finish checking, and patina to the hardware. These things are all common for a guitar its age and add character to it. Also included is the original hard shell case in good condition. The case has signs of use and is missing the middle compartment lid but latches as it should. Overall a very fun enjoyable guitar to play! These are very hard to find so don’t miss your chance to get this one! This will be packaged well for shipping.
