Early 1970’s Guild G-37 BLD Blond dreadnaught acoustic guitar made in Westerly, Rhode Island with legendary Guild craftsmanship. We are selling this instrument for the original owner who would like someone else to enjoy this since he no longer is able to play. It’s a wonderful sounding guitar with balanced mids and crisp highs thanks to the Maple back and sides. It has just been set up with new strings and is a solid player. The neck is straight and the frets have very little wear.

The overall condition is very good. Just a few cosmetic issues to point out. There is a area on the back neck, where it rests in the case, that interacted with a vinyl strap that it was stored with a one time. That area is very smooth and is not an issue or anything that would distract from enjoying the guitar. On the back of the body there is a light roughness on the finish surface that we highlighted otherwise it’s not noticeable. The top has a few light impressions on the lower bout, again highlighted so you can see it. Overall though, this is a beautiful guitar!

Comes in the original hardshell case and includes the original warranty card and polishing cloth.
