Condition

I would estimate that this guitar about 5 hours or less of playing time on it. The buyer can expect it to be in essentially Like New condition. This guitar has a couple of cosmetic details that I want to make sure a potential buyer is aware of. There is a very small blemish in the top near the edge that I was aware of when I purchased the instrument new. This blemish is a discoloration only and will not affect the long term playability or structural integrity of the instrument. When I received the guitar a few weeks ago there was also one spot of lacquer checking in the top near the neck (likely due to being shipped in the dead of winter). It was difficult to capture in the pictures, but I did my best. Again, not a playability or structural issue in any way.

Additionally, this guitar has received a professional setup that included a new hand cut, bone saddle. The saddle the guitar came with will be in the bag for the buyer, but you will see it came from the factory set far too low which caused the guitar to buzz and fret out. After the professional setup it now plays like a dream as depicted in the video included in this listing. I like this guitar, but I have always been more of a Mahogany guy. Unfortunately, Alvarez is not making very many of this line left handed and none of the available lefty models come in Mahogany...
