I am the ORIGINAL owner and bought this pedal in 2013 directly from Sean Michael.
This pedal works and functions 100%!

All controls have been tested prior to shipping and are fully intact.

Extremely rare Lovepedal 8823 overdrive. The Lovepedal 8823 is an overdrive pedal featuring a different op-amp chip for "higher headroom" and "no junk between you and any given amplifier."

Lovepedal 88-233 Overdrive is built on an Eternity circuit board platform.

So this is an Eternity variant. It is based on the "Eternity" board from the interior photos, but the exact chip designation remains unknown.

The 8-pin IC is likely:

• JRC4558 variant
• Or a similar dual op-amp used in the Eternity

Classic mid-forward but smoother than a TS.

Highly collectible:

• Small batch
• Eternity-based
• Numeric variant
• Hand stamped

These tend to fly under the radar but are very cool.

Very desirable and sounds incredible.
