This 620 custom is tailor made for players who value both nuance and punch. Featuring a custom Premium Quilted Maple top, 1 ⅝” Honduran Mahogany body, and solid Maple center block, it blends the resonance of a semi-hollow with the artistic execution of a carved archtop.
Custom features include Quilted Maple top and Honduran Mahogany body and neck, full body Iced Tea burst gloss finish, Tortoise body bindings, ThroBak DT102 MXV humbucker pickups, black/ white top purfling and Waverly Nickel tuners with Ebony buttons.
Outfitted with Rosewood fretboard, Mother of Pearl dot inlays, Jupiter Vintage Yellow capacitors, Davies Radio knobs, 50’s style wiring, Collings’ signature “Flipped Haircut” headstock with Ebony overlay, Kluson Nickel plated zinc bridge and stop tailpiece, Tortoise pickguard, black pickup rings and knobs, nitrocellulose gloss finish, the 620 brings together premium components and classic design in one distinctive custom build.
