Noble & Cooley Solid Shell Cherry 5x14" Snare Drum
Natural satin finish. 10 Brass Lugs, Brass Strainer and butt.
Chrome Flanged Hoops and Pearl Snare wires.
This drum is gorgeous, the grain is some of the best I've seen in Cherry.
The tone of this is light, airy, and VERY articulate. Less bottom than maple. This is perfect for jazz and brushes, but like anything Noble & Cooley, the tuning range is very wide and so this drum can just about anywhere.
Only ever used in the studio...
