50W Class A/B switchable to 30W Class A - Class A seems louder
Very simple amp that runs beautifully and quietly. Plenty of demos online.
It's an evolution of the Retro 50 and offers the same footswitchable EQ lift (which boosts the gain a bit), but adds a presence control allowing brighter tones if desired.
Valves are a pair of Tung Sol 12AX7s and a pair of JJ El34s.
This amp is voltage switchable and runs on UK/European and US/Japanese voltage.
Comes with a padded cover from Orange.
