For sale is a rare vintage Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 Rev3.3 analog polyphonic synthesizer keyboard. It's fully functional and sounds excellent. Our tech checked it out and performed servicing as needed, including a full rebuild of the power supply. The PSU's on Prophet 5 are notoriously poorly designed so a rebuild is essential, and our tech was able to make this one super stable so the power supply now operates without any issues and doesn't get nearly as hot as previously. Battery level tests good. He noted that it has mostly original capacitors (we can do a full recap for additional cost if desired but it is playing and sounds great, we did not find it necessary as all functions work within calibration specifications). J-wires were redone by previous owner. Has midi built in. Classic vintage analog synth.
