In good shape but has little pieces of tape on top and bottom. It's tested and passes signal, but we noticed it had a bad humming issue. Not sure if it was user error in our setup, no power supply was included when we got this in so we used an in shop power supply. No power supply is included. Due to the hum it is sold as-is, no warranties, guarantees, refunds or returns, for parts/repairs.
