This features a solid state rectifier switchable to a two rectifier hence the 4550 designation
It also features a low which brings down the AC voltage for lower volume quicker overdrive
Currently there are EL 34s in this Amp my preference but a lot of people love KT 66s which with a re-bias can be put in
The amp is in perfect working condition. I just got it out of the shop to have it checked out.
Cosmetically there are some minor scuffs here and there nothing major. was clearly loved and used.
