Mortillaro Jazzblaster - carbon reinforced hollow body

This is a JazzMaster unlike another Jazzmaster. The pine body is fully hollow and reinforced with carbon fiber. The floating roller arch top bridge let's this guitar sing both acousticly as well and plugged in. The tremelo and ceramic magnet JM pickups make this guitar perfect for surf rock or just a great jazz tone. The simple tone and volume controls make it easy to use and blends well with a wide array of pedals. Coming in at a very light 5 lbs 3oz (2350g) it is a joy to strap on your shoulder. The 25" scale and mahogany neck paired with the full hollow body make this guitar warmer in tone. The natural resonance of the hollow body makes it pair perfectly with a good reverb. The neck is a classic C shape with A 12" radius on the white oak fingerboard. The nut width of 1.65" (42mm) feels right at home, not too big not too slim. Overall a light under the finger feel without feeling too slinky. Just as much of a pleasure to play acousticly in the parlor as plugged in and ripping on a Super Reverb, A truly unique guitar.
