Stunning premium USA PRS finished in Grey Black. It has a beautifully figured upgraded '10-Top' that we've photographed in both studio and natural light for comparison.
The 513 is named after its 5 pickups and 13 tone combinations – it’s an incredibly versatile guitar and this example is in excellent condition with some minor blemishes on close inspection that we've highlighted under direct lighting to exaggerate them and make them more visible on the photos.
The spec includes a Mahogany body with that flame carved Maple top, Mahogany neck with a comfortable Pattern Regular profile, Rosewood fingerboard with decorative mother of pearl inlays, 25 1/4" scale length, PRS trem and locking tuners.
The patented pickup system provides 13 modern and vintage sounds utilising five proprietary single coil pickups. It has a simple electronics control layout which includes volume control, tone control and two blade switches (which is the key to the sonic versatility of the 513). One blade switch is a 5-way pickup selector, and the other is a 3-way mode switch that allows you to select between the single coil, clear humbuckerand heavy humbucker modes. This is definitely one of Paul Reed Smith's most versatile instruments that can instantly go from fat/screaming humbuckers to superb sparkling single coils
It comes complete with its original hard case, paperwork, tags, and trem arm.
