Fender Custom Shop The Disaffected Stratocaster #8 of 8 in Natural with Custom Artwork by Ryan McGinness finish made in 2003 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid alder body, quartersawn maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with a gloss black headstock. Equipped with a Seymour Duncan ‘59 in the bridge position and controlled by one master volume pot. The 25.5" scale length neck has Mother of pearl dots with "the disaffected" at 12th fret inlays and mother of pearl side markers with 22 jumbo frets on a 9.5" radius with a modern C profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Fender Standard Sealed Diecast Locking tuning machines with cloche heads, a bone nut, a Fender Hard Tail bridge with Block Saddles and chrome knurled flat top knob.
This Guitar is a one off with graphics done by Ryan McGinness and #8 of 8 models made for "The Disaffected" Series Led By Steve Mellgren, founder of "OBEY Clothing" with each models graphics done by various artists.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition. With minimal signs of play. It has some light surface marks and some finish imperfections in the clear. The factory protective film is still on the pickup.(See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Custom Painted Hardshell Case, COA and artist Press Pack.
