This is the legendary TC Electronic SCF — the Stereo Chorus + Flanger that’s been on more pro boards than backstage laminate passes.
And yes… it does that sound:

This one is the real deal older unit with the Made in Denmark vibe, and it includes the box, manual, and power cord shown.
