We’ve just acquired this really clean & original 1973 Fender Jazz Bass w/all the right features from its last owner, it has its beautiful original Natural finish over a super grainy lightweight Ash body, its rare Black Bound & Block inlaid 4-bolt Maple neck is super clean w/nice logo & frets, it’s maple neck is clean, unfaded & has pot date codes from the 29th week of 1973, its last of the original White 3 layer’gards that pulls this all together making it one of Fender’s last decades of great Jazzes, its 2 pickups are super smooth w/that quintessential “Jazz Bass” sound !, its so cool & legit from its tuners to its bridge & every single screw from new, it has a gorgeous patina for a 54 year old original, it plays & feels incredible, she’s truly an exceptional example & comes in a newer molded Hard Case.
