The Jupiter is Valiant’s take on a modern boutique workhorse - combining vintage soul, aerospace-grade materials, and meticulous hand craftsmanship. This particular finish, Louisiana Old House Distressed, has a heavy-aged, worn-in aesthetic with tons of character straight out of the case. It looks like a guitar that has lived decades on stage, but plays like a precision modern instrument.

The body is made from European alder and paired with a black acrylic pickguard featuring duralumin fins, a signature Valiant design element that blends industrial aesthetics with functional rigidity. Aging is rated Hard, giving the guitar a deeply broken-in visual vibe.

The neck is where Valiant really flexes. It’s quarter-sawn hard rock maple, reinforced with titanium for exceptional stability and resonance. The comfortable C profile measures 20.5 mm at the nut and 22 mm at the 12th fret, offering a substantial yet fast feel. The fretboard is made from wenge, adding snap, clarity, and a unique tactile response under the fingers. With a 12" radius, jumbo nickel-silver frets, and a 25.5" scale, this guitar balances vintage comfort with modern precision.

Hardware is equally high-end and purpose-built. The Valiant Swift-RS duralumin bridge features quick-release functionality and bell-bronze saddles for enhanced sustain and harmonic richness. The nut is also bell-bronze with adjustable saddles, a rare and tone-focused detail you almost never see on production instruments. Gotoh 510 locking tuners ensure rock-solid tuning stability.

Electronics are driven by a pair of Valiant Callisto humbuckers, delivering a wide dynamic range from articulate cleans to thick, harmonically rich overdrive. Controls are streamlined and player-focused: one volume, one no-load tone, and a 3-way switch for intuitive tone shaping.

Additional boutique touches include Trinity inlays, duralumin cavity covers, enhanced-grip knobs with wooden pointers, and full internal shielding for low noise performance.
