You are looking at a 2025 Gibson J-45 Koa Custom Shop with a Honeyburst gloss nitro finish on a Carpathian spruce top and koa back & sides—aka the acoustic guitar equivalent of effortlessly cool confidence. This thing doesn’t need to shout. It just exists, and suddenly every other dreadnought in the room feels like it’s trying too hard.
That Honeyburst finish is absolute money: warm, rich, and perfectly balanced, with just enough glow to make you pause mid-sentence and stare at it like you forgot why you walked into the room. The Carpathian spruce top delivers fast response, clarity, and headroom for days, while the koa back and sides add warmth, sweetness, and a subtle exotic shimmer that makes every chord feel more refined. Sonically, this J-45 nails it—focused, authoritative lows that never get boomy, smooth mids that love vocals, and clear highs that sparkle without turning sharp or brittle. It’s the kind of guitar that flatters your playing even on an off day.
The Gibson 12–53s are lively, balanced, and ready for anything from gentle fingerstyle to confident, full-tilt strumming. The SlimTaper mahogany neck measures .892” at the 1st fret and .897” at the 9th, making it ridiculously comfortable and consistent—no weird shoulders, no surprises, just smooth sailing up and down the board. The striped ebony fretboard adds snap and articulation, the Grover Rotomatic tuners keep tuning rock-solid, and the LR Baggs VTC pickup means you’re stage-ready without sacrificing that classic, woody J-45 voice.
She’s 100% original and unmessed with!

She was born on December 5th, 2025, which means she’s basically fresh out of the Custom Shop and hasn’t even had time to develop bad habits yet.
Overall condition is mint and unplayed. No pick marks. No wear. No “closet rash.” No poetic excuses. Just a pristine, untouched Custom Shop Gibson exactly as it left the factory. Also included are the original Gibson hardshell case, certificate, and case candy, because a guitar this classy doesn’t show up empty-handed.
If you’ve been waiting for a J-45 that blends Custom Shop refinement, boutique woods, flawless condition, and that unmistakable Gibson soul—this is the one. Open the case carefully… confidence may spill out.
