great playing guitar. made for or by conn in japan in the 1970s. conn was based out of oak brook, illinois i think, but had their guitars made in japan. this one is branded matador but has the conn logo on the underside of the matador badge that is glued on the headstock. label in the body is missing but i can't imagine that there would be more than one model under this badging.
