Here is the Plum Crazy FX FAZU octave fuzz based on the Shin-ei FY-6 Super Fuzz. I built this using a Pigeon FX board. Built with the on/off switch on the Expander control, greenie caps, 1/2 carbon film resistors, and selected transistors and germanium diodes. Hand-stamped graphics - so a little variation on each. This one has one small bypass cap modification that my original Super Fuzz had (there were a few small variations throughout the run at Shin-ei - this one just has a very small added 0.001uf bypass cap - they all sound basically the same). Sounds great, has the switch for the treble or full sound. I always wanted to do this one as I'm a huge fan of the Who Live at Leeds, and Gary Loris from the Jayhawks, and Mudhoney. This is a really limited run of one prototype and 4 pedals (one for me). This is for FAZU-4-26. Pics are of the pedal you will get.
