We ship guitars of all values almost daily & insure every shipment for full replacement value. Every instrument, regardless of value or sale price, undergoes a final detailing & setup before it leaves the shop. If it does not pass our final setup & inspection, it will not be sent to you.

Rest assured that any ding, scratch, blem, etc. will be noted, photographed, & mentioned in each listing. While we are not perfect & sometimes things go unnoticed, we will always work with you to resolve any & all concerns you may have.

Shop visits are primarily BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Affording you the chance to compare many fine, hard-to-find & sought after instruments in a private quiet setting without interruption or other noise.

Our professional luthier is on-site at all times during business hours offering you the utmost concierge service to adjust instruments in real time to your desire. We also offer while-you-wait or same-day repairs & service when applicable. You are welcome to bring your instruments with you for repair service or comparison
