This is a vintage Yamaha No. 60 classical guitar made in Japan during the Nippon Gakki era. These are well-regarded for their consistency, build quality, and warm, balanced classical tone.

Spruce top with mahogany back and sides, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and original open-gear classical tuners. The guitar has a comfortable traditional classical neck and plays well.

Cosmetic wear is present throughout, including scratches and finish wear consistent with age. There is a small gap visible at the very center of the bridge only. The bridge is otherwise flat and solid with no lifting at the wings, and it appears stable, but it should be noted for transparency.

A solid vintage Yamaha classical that works well as a player and is a great example of early Japanese nylon-string construction.
