Recently obtained from a pro audio rental facility that was liquidating excess equipment
Unit is tested and working but there are some issues to report. 
Channel 2 intermittently distorts
Channel 5 works but the volume fader has no affect on sound. Sound is pumped through the gain control.

The Yorkville AP812 is an 800-watt (400W + 400W @ 4 ohms) 12-channel stereo powered mixer designed for live sound. It features 8 mono channels with XLR/TRS inputs and 2 stereo channels, plus a built-in 255-preset digital effects processor. It includes a 3-band EQ per channel, 24V phantom power, and a switchable main/monitor amplifier configuration. 

• Power Output: 455 watts @ 4 Ohms per channel, or 240 watts @ 8 Ohms per channel.
• Frequency Response: 20 Hz - 20,000 Hz (Tone and EQ Flat, ±2dB), according to Yorkville Sound specifications.
• THD (Total Harmonic Distortion): Less than 0.03% at 1kHz.
• Cooling: Features a variable-speed DC "SilentFan" cooling system to ensure quiet, reliable performance. 

Inputs & Outputs

• Channels: 12 channels total (8 mono channels with XLR and 1/4" inputs, and 2 stereo channels with 1/4" and RCA inputs).
• Phantom Power: Provides 24 V phantom power for condenser microphones, indicated by an LED.
• Outputs: Includes 1/4" and Speakon (Euro only) jacks for speaker connections, plus various line-level outputs for main and monitor signals.

• Effects: A 16-bit digital effects processor with 255 presets is built-in and footswitchable.
• EQ: Each mono channel has a Low, Sweep Mid, and High EQ, while stereo channels have Low, Mid, and High controls. There are also two assignable 9-band graphic EQs on the master output.
• Dimensions: Measures 18 x 19 x 5.5 inches (DWH).
• Weight: The unit weighs approximately 37 lbs (16.8 kg).
