2013 Squier J5 Telecaster John 5 Signature Model Frost Gold HH Double Bound 1st Year

All electronics work as intended. The volume knobs are reverse of what you would assume they’d be. The front volume controls the bridge pickup and the back volume controls the neck pickup. 3 way selector switch works as intended. The switch cap is not original and is a little loose. There is some wear on the gold plating at bridge pickup. There are marks and dings on guitar but no major paint chips. Black pickguard is not original but you can find the gold mirror pickguards online if desired. Personally, I think this looks much better with the black guard.

This is the first year model noted as 2013 but serial number has had last couple numbers scratched off. This is common for factory 2nds and other guitars that may not have passed final inspection. Most likely sold by Franklin Guitar Works and may have had a serial number sticker placed over this serial number. In any case, guitar plays fine.

Any personal cleaning, setups, maintenance or repairs will be the new owners responsibility.

No gig bag or case but guitar will be packed safely and shipped quickly.
