This Taylor T5S is an innovative instrument that is designed for musicians who want to have access to both acoustic and electric sounds inside of one guitar. The T5S brings together the two worlds with both rich acoustic resonance and powerful electric output.
The top is premium Sitka spruce which supplies the vibrant and warm tones alongside a smooth playing experience. The body is crafted with Sapele back and sides.
The T5S has a combination of a concealed neck humbucker, a visible bridge humbucker, and a magnetic acoustic body sensor. These three pickups provide a wide range of tonal possibilities with the five-way switching compatibility and to swap from acoustic tones to a full-bodied electric tones with just a turn of a knob. Making this instrument a versatile choice for a flexible rig.
