Black Magic Vintage is pleased to offer an immaculate 1964 Fender Stratocaster!
There is clean, there is collector grade and there is a step above... My buddy Charlie refers to these guitars as museum grade; that category and or title is apt in this case.
Pickups, pots, neck date, etc all place this guitar in November and December of 1964, so it has many but not all transitional features. It weighs a comfortable and well balanced 7 lbs 8 oz.
The perfect medium neck measures .82 @ 1st & .96 @ 12th. The grey bottom pickups measure 5.85 N - 5.55 M - 5.89 B. They offer excellent clarity, sparkle and sting! The factory original frets remain in similar condition to the instrument, damn near perfect!
A ton of case candy accompanies the instrument including the original fender booklet with a written sales price of 345.95! Pretty cool! This is an incredible package and instrument for any Fender collector!
