Prudencio Saez Model 8 Classical Guitar (handmade in Spain)

This guitar plays like a dream! I bought it from the original owner's son-in-law last year and, as near as he could tell, it was made sometime in the early-to-mid 90s. What I do know is that it was handmade in Spain, features a solid spruce top, and sounds unreal! it has this beautiful sympathetic resonance to it on the higher open strings that I had heard before, but never on a guitar that I actually owned. The "very good" quality listing reflects the lightening of the finish due to the sun and a couple scuffs to the finish, nothing more; the neck is straight, the action is low and playable, and there are no dead frets to speak of. I'm only selling it to clear space before I move out of Dallas. Listing this for $150 but I'd be happy to sell it with the leather case for it as a package deal (see my other listing and make me an offer!)
