For sale is a Ludwig USA 4-piece drum kit, manufactured in Monroe, North Carolina. This is a maple shell Ludwig kit built during the Monroe era, known for strong consistency, punch, and classic American tone.
The set is presenting in VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT overall condition and remains mostly original. The heads have been replaced, along with a small number of nuts. All major components remain intact and correct.
The drums feature 6-ply maple shells with clear interiors. All shells are in round, and the bearing edges are presenting clean and true with no structural issues noted.
The gold sparkle wrap is presenting with minimal light scratches and scuffs consistent with normal use. All seams are tight with no lifting! :)
Hardware shows honest vintage wear, including light rust, pitting, flaking chrome, and surface scratches. All brackets, spurs, tone controls, and adjustment points are fully functional and operating as intended.
The bass drum hoops show some chipped paint, consistent with age and prior use.
