Offered is a Ludwig Pioneer Snare, 5" x 14" 6 lug in Black and Gold Duco paint. It appears to be all original except for the new Remo heads and Ludwig Snare wires. It has the nickel plated hardware and brass hoops as described in the 1960 Ludwig Catalog. The throw off and butt work as they should as do all the lug casings. Overall it is a pretty nice example of an early 60's Student Ludwig. The drum shows scuffs and dings from it's 60+ years of life. Please see pictures for best cosmetic description.
