For an older, vintage instrument, I'd rate the condition as good but perhaps average as approximately 8' of the binding is loose. It's "in place" and doesn't move when playing, but it moves if you try to move it. There are some minor scratches. No visible fret wear. This is a very large acoustic / electric bass guitar. On recordings, you hear the acoustic air. I've never heard a regular size acoustic bass guitar duplicate it's naturally deep sound.
